John Answer provided by Referee Gary Voshol Assuming that the team member from A kicked the ball directly into the goal, it never left the penalty area into the rest of the field. Therefore it was never in play. The restart remains a goal kick.

View Referee Gary Voshol profileAnswer provided by Referee Keith Contarino The ball was never put into play. The keeper or a teammate should proceed with the goal kick. There is also the outside possibility the player that kicked the ball into the net could be cautioned for delaying the restart of play.
