What are the rules to be a pee-wee ref.

Don't grow too fast. (Sorry)

This is likely something you will have to ask your league. Some leagues wisely use USSF Grade 9's for their U-littles. Others decide that they can do a better job of training than the USSF can, and have their own courses and certification standards. A few will throw a rule book at you and say, 'See you at 10:00 Saturday, Field 3.'
