Question Number: 21765Kicks From The Penalty mark 8/10/2009RE: Any level Mark of Springfield, VA USA asks...In regard to previous question concerning the reduce to equate scenaria. I just read the USSF 2009 ammendment to the LOTG and it answered my question. I should have realized the the referee can't select the players to leave as that could/would have an effect on the results which is contrary to being impartial. The captian should notify me of the players that are disqualified from the KFTPM process. Sorry for wasting your time. Mark Answer provided by Referee Gary Voshol Good for you. In the words of Gilda Radner's character Emily Litella, 'Never mind.' (Which caused me to do a little more research, because I knew it wasn't Roseanne Roseannadanna, but I couldn't remember Emily Litella.)
