View Referee Dennis Wickham profileAnswer provided by Referee Michelle Maloney The USSF Referee Administrative Handbook is online at the www.ussoccer.com website. Basically, you take the upgrade clinic, run the physical, get an assessment, turn in your game count, and pay the fees. This assumes you are at least 17, and have at least 75 centers and 25 lines (no age limit).
