View Referee Michelle Maloney profileAnswer provided by Referee Joe McHugh Hi Referee Micheal After the first five penalties and scores are tied each team takes a penalty. If one team scores and the other fails to score that is the end of kicks from the penalty mark . So in your example Team B wins and that is the end of KFTPM. If both teams each missed their sixth penalty they would then both take a seventh penalty and so on until a team scored and the other missed.
