If the ball crosses the sideline but at the corner quarter circle, is it a corner or a throw-in?

Hi Rui
It is a throw in.
The corner arc is to assist in the placement of the ball for a corner kick only. The goal line runs from corner flag to corner flag across the field including the corner arc while the sideline runs from end to end again between the corner flags also including the corner arc.
