No goal right?
Restart with corner kick?

Answer provided by Referee Gary Voshol

Correct, it's a corner kick.

There is some discussion on a forum that perhaps the ball touched the keeper's knee, countered with the opinion that if that happened it was after the ball was across the line. Myself, I don't think the video has high enough resolution to see either clearly.

We have more discussion of this in Q#22891.

Answer provided by Referee Keith Contarino

Yup. Ball was put into play (left the penalty area) and went directly into the team's goal that took the goal kick. Can't score directly on yourself at any restart so it's a corner kick.

Answer provided by Referee Joe McHugh

Hi
I hope this goal was not allowed but certainly from all the celebrations it looked that it was allowed which is incorrect. I can't see any contact here by any other player.
Correct decision is a corner kick as a team cannot score on itself directly from a goal kick or any restart.
