Question Number: 23201 4/27/2010RE: Adult anita johnson of lebanon, oregon usa asks...This question is a follow up to question 23171 I am making a quilt as a gift for my grandson who lives in Victoria, BC and who breathes soccer, especially team Italy. He is fourteen. My question: What color(s) is/are the flags in the corners of the pitch? Thank you. Answer provided by Referee Dennis Wickham There is no uniform color. Many are red. Some are red and yellow diamonds. The Italian soccer team wears azure blue. Happy quilting. I'm sure your grandson will be pleased.

Local rules may specify a color, but I've never seen any. You would be safe using orange, which is a very typical color - or if Italy is his passion, azure would work. :-)
