Question Number: 23250League Specific 5/4/2010Mike Futrell of Huntsville, Al United States asks...This question is a follow up to question 23229 I think that they are referring to the modification to the laws listed in: US Youth Soccer Official Under 12 Playing Recommendations Law 12 " Fouls and Misconduct: Conform to FIFA with the exception that an indirect free kick is awarded to the opposing team at the center spot on the halfway line if a goalkeeper punts or drop-kicks the ball in the air from his/her penalty area into the opponents penalty area. I don't know who actually follows these rules. We don't in Alabama youth Soccer. Answer provided by Referee MrRef Ah, thank you. We will update the answers to reflect this information.
