Question Number: 24034League Specific 9/27/2010RE: Other Patrick Faulds of Columbia, SC USA asks...This question is a follow up to question 24001 Just an FYI. Regarding question 24001. When officiating a match under NFHS Rules, the clock should already be stopped for the goal that had just been scored. No need to stop the clock to issue a caution to the coach. Thanks as always for your wonderfully informative site! Answer provided by Referee Gary Voshol He said it was a JV match, and I gathered from the context that the clock was not stopped. Perhaps a local modification.
