Question Number: 24536League Specific 1/28/2011RE: High School Ryan of Cumming, Georgia United States asks...In the state of Georgia in the High School league, is a player from a private school aloud to play in a public school league? The private school league is already over and I'm wondering if that athlete is aloud to continue playing at a different school even though he attends a private school... Thank you. Answer provided by Referee Joe McHugh Hi Ryan Not a refereeing question but one for the school athletic director or the State League administrators. If I was guessing I would say that only players attending the school would be eligble to play on its teams in any competitive game against other schools.
