What is the call? A goal kick is taken and a teammate hands hit the ball before the ball leaves the penalty box.

As the ball is not in play the goalkick is retaken.

Ball never left the penalty area before handled. Ball never in play. Retake goal kick. If this was the third or fourth time it was done, may consider caution for delaying restart of play
