What are the abreviated codes for mis conduct for match report

Many referees used the abbreviations contained in the USSF Memorandum on Cautions and Sendoff Offenses (the '7 and 7').

Cautions: UB, DI, PI, DR, E, L (for subs: DI, UB, DR)
Sendoffs: SFP, VC, S, DGH, DGF, AL, 2CT
