How many individuals are allowed to stand in the Technical Area at anyone time issuing instructions to players?

Hi Craig
Only one person is allowed to stand to convey instructions in the TA. In the sitautions where there is no 4th official, the referee and assistants have greater priorities than managing precisely the technical area.

One hopes it is only one for common sense's sake. The players have enough to focus on without having to try and listen to more than one coach or trainer yelling instructions.

And then there is the restriction on doing so in the LOTG - which makes common sense official.
