Answer provided by Referee Dennis Wickham Only one person at a time may convey instructions from the technical area.

View Referee Dennis Wickham profileAnswer provided by Referee Joe McHugh Hi Craig Only one person is allowed to stand to convey instructions in the TA. In the sitautions where there is no 4th official, the referee and assistants have greater priorities than managing precisely the technical area.

The players have enough to focus on without having to try and listen to more than one coach or trainer yelling instructions. And then there is the restriction on doing so in the LOTG - which makes common sense official.
