NC High School non-conference game. A player recieved a red card. How many future games is this player suspended from playing?

For high school, suspensions are determined by each state's federation - - in your case the NCHSAA. Each state will differ on the process but usually include non-conference and sanctioned high school tournament matches.

The suspension for the first red card is usually one match, but can be greater depending on the nature of the conduct that led to the red card and prior yellow or red cards. The best source to answer a particular question is the school's high school athletic director.

For a definitive answer the question should be put to the athletic director.
I note from a cursory search of the internet that it varies from State to State. For example some States covert the red card to two yellow cards and when the player reaches five yellows he must be suspended for one game.
