Question Number: 26145League Specific 4/5/2012RE: rec Adult alex of richmond hill, ontario canada asks...This question is a follow up to question 26128 In the link supplied by Ref Joe's answer I found there are blue and green cards in addition to red and yellow. What are the blue and green cards for? Answer provided by Referee Joe McHugh Hi Alex
Blue cards are used in small sided games and it is a temporary suspension of two minutes. It is a modification only applicable to underage games.
I am not familiar with green cards but I know that AFC introduced the concept of green cards to acknowledge sportsmanship

Other sports use a green card so it may just be available for those sports.
