Law 5 - The Referee 5/2/2012

RE: Competitive Adult

Gary Martin of Mount Pearl , Canada asks...

I am looking for examples of Role Play's for training session for Man Management.
As a referee manage's Men on the field.

Scenario's to act out.

Answer provided by Referee Joe McHugh

Hi Gary
This is a very open question and you do not mention the grade of the referee material nor the type of games. Clearly dealing with an Underage scenarios with Child Protection issues is entirely different from an adult game.
At the adult level games can very from high level professional all the way down to recreational.
At Underage I have been impressed with AYSO training materials. Here is an example of some material from that organisation that is online.

While aimed at Underage many of the older age scenarios and skits will work for adult games.
