Question Number: 26397Other 5/31/2012RE: all Under 18 tom of Lincoln, MA USA asks...This question is a follow up to question 26392 Thanks for posting the video of Rooney's near miss tackle yellow card: is there a place referees can go to see fouls and non-fouls video clips? Maybe a site for refs? I played when I was a kid and still play but would like to get better at calling fouls. This would be very helpful, even just for basic tuning up: what is fair and what is foul, from basic to the more hard to call fouls, sneaky arm fouls and the sneaky other ones, how to see what may be easily disguised. Thanks! Answer provided by Referee Joe McHugh Hi Tom Most if not all associations or confederations through its refereeing department provide video material for referees on the Laws of the Game. I know UEFA provide DVDs for education purposes and they are used at training days, seminars etc.
