Could a soccer player sold out or taken by loan from one team to another without his willing or permission?

It depends on the league structure and the player's contract, if any.

Many professional athletes in several sports in the US are traded from one team to another. Some of the athletes have a clause in their contract allowing them some say in the matter.

FIFA has are rules and procedures regarding player contracts.
But, players ultimately get to choose whether they will play or will retire.

Hi Harold
Generally players have a player's contract which means that while the player is in contract he can be sold or sent on loan to another club. In those situations the player also has to agree personal terms. If personal terms cannot be agreed then players rarely move.
