Menager of home theam is kicking one player from away theam incide of play ground... referee desicion?

The referee should stop play immediately, ensure the manager is removed from the vicinity of the field of play and restart play with a drop ball (after ensuring the player is not injured). He will then report the incident to the authorities.

If the manager is also a listed substitute or player (as is often the case in lower leagues), then the referee will instead treat him as a substitute. This means he can show him the red card to send him off.

The manager is removed from the field of play and sorrounds and he takes no further part in the game as a manager.
If play was stopped to deal with the incident the restart is a dropped ball from where the ball was when play was stopped. If play was already stopped the game restarts as normal ie throw in, goal kick etc

The police should be called and assault charges against a minor filed against the manager if this is a youth game.
