Is added time allowed at the end of extra time (30 mins) for injuries, time wasting etc.?

Hi Joao
Yes, the referee can and should allow for lost time at the end of each half of added time in the same way as during the game.

Certainly. Else a team that scored in an overtime period would waste time hoping for the win. Remind them that you are adding time, and the blatant wastage should stop. They are allowed to use time - for example, pass the ball amongst themselves without mounting an attack - but they can't unfairly waste time.
