Kicks From The Penalty mark 10/7/2013

Sergio Aguero took a penalty v Everton last Saturday. The keeper pushed it on to the post, it rebounded back into the Keeper and then into the net. It has been called an own goal - if that assessment is correct would it still count as a goal in a penalty shoot out?

Hi Wayne
Yes it would still be counted as a goal in Kick from the Penalty Mark. Law 14 still applies to KFTPM.
It is only counted as an own goal from a fantasy football / betting perspective.
