View Referee Dennis Wickham profileAnswer provided by Referee Joe McHugh Hi Keith As long as the player's body is facing the field of play twisting is irrelevant. An example of a legal throw would be feet planted to throw down the line and the player changes his mind, twists backwards without moving his feet to throw in the opposite direction. Might not be good for the back and joints but nothing wrong with it.
