View Referee Dennis Wickham profileAnswer provided by Referee Joe McHugh Hi Sam The goalkeeper can touch the ball multiple times to save the ball in Kicks from the Penalty mark. The kicker though only gets the one kick. The referee is the sole judge of when the kick is completed generally when the momentum from the kick is fully expended.
