Question Number: 28636Other 8/7/2014Peter Grove of city, usa asks...This question is a follow up to question 27775
In answer to Question 27775, Ref McHugh wrote, 'One has to [go] back before 1882 for the original kick in instead of a throw in.'
I was just wondering, where did you find information about the laws in 1882? I have an archive of all the Law changes since 1886 and of course, the original laws of 1863 but I have never been able to find any documentary sources between 1863 and 1886.
If you could let me know, I would be most grateful.
