If team A have a goal kick and kick the ball into team B half and a team A player is in a offside position is it off side!!

There is no offside when the ball is received directly from a goal kick, corner kick, or throw-in.

No. There is not offside from a goal kick, corner kick, or throw in.

Hi Bryan
A player cannot be offside from any restart where the ball has left the field of play. So directly from a goal kick no offside is possible.
