It would be an enormously long throw. However as the ball is in play in the goalkeepers hands and the attacking team has not infringed the laws of the game a goal is awarded.
In small sided games, indoor and in Futsal a goal cannot be scored by a goalkeeper throw from the penalty area. The restart is a goal kick or goal clearance.
