No that is not possible. The Laws as you know do not allow the goalkeeper to touch the ball with his hands when it has been deliberately kicked or thrown to him. As the goal kick is a deliberate kick the restriction applies and also to all restarts
It also makes no difference where the goalkeeper receives the ball after it has been kicked / thrown to him. The restriction continues to apply.
