No that is not possible. If one of the teams does not want to continue then the referee will be left with no choice. However there can be sanctions for any team that causes a game to be abandoned which can include a hefty fine and / or removal from the competition.
The referee is there to officiate the game and the score no matter how one sided is none of his concern. Not very pleasant yet he has no choice but to continue.
