Question Number: 30688Law 12 - Fouls and Misconduct 8/25/2016RE: Amator Under 6 aymen soumer of KHOURIBGA, Khouribga Morocco asks...If a player off the field (blessed/for law 4) entered into the field without the referee's autorisation and committed a foul against the opponent , how shall the referee resume the game , a direct or Indirect free kick

The referee punishes the more serous offence. In this case it is the direct free kick foul and the player is cautioned for re-entering without permission.
If play is stopped for the re-entry only it is an IDFK from where the ball was when play was stopped after the player is cautioned.
There is no change in the NEW laws. The answer is the same. It has changed if the illegal entry and interference was by a substitute, substituted player or a team official.

You award the greatest punishment as a DFK or PK restart IF the act is of such a nature. The fact is a yellow card for the illegal re entering CAN STLL be shown/added to any decision you take! An INDFK if you stopped play SOLEY for such illegal re enterng acton is NOT in the cards so to speak if there is DFK misconduct or fouls in the mix
