Question Number: 30723Kicks From The Penalty mark 9/6/2016RE: Rec Adult Russell of Sydney, Australua asks...Am keen to read the panels assessment of the August You Call It scenario. Regards Russell Answer provided by Referee Joe McHugh Hi Russell The new Laws have updated KFTPM procedures that allow for team to equate now at all times during the kicks. Previously it could only happen at the start of kicks. The new Law deal with the tricky situation as outlined in the You Call It so it is now dated.
