Hi Phil,

Ref McHugh has already given the link for the downloadable document and mentioned that the FAQ's are also available on the IFAB's site. Specifically, they are available from the following link:

Each law has a separate link and if you click on the link for any law, you will see a list of the sections of that law, plus the FAQ at the bottom of the list.
