No, even though the kick off CAN now be played backwards as a method of starting or restarting play, you can not score upon yourself directly. For a goal a 2nd player (which could include the keeper) would have to make physical contact with the ball in some manner, even if illegally . One could then apply the advantage clause and permit the goal as it would not enter the goal directly . Should an own goal BE scored directly from the kickoff the restart would be a corner kick.

If the ball enters the goal directly a goal cannot be awarded. It is a corner kick restart. However if the goalkeeper or another team mate touches the ball before the ball cross the goal line a goal is awarded.
