Question Number: 30892Law 6 - The Other Match Oficials 10/13/2016RE: Amateur Adult George of Parangarecutirimicuaro, CA Sacratomato asks...This question is a follow up to question 30886 I guess I forgot to add, my initial response is to position myself 5 yards from the mark as a means of support for CR, especially when CR is out of position in counter attacks. Other factors may include how close the throw-in spot is from midfield vs. goal area and how far 2nd to the last defender is located. Once the spot is established, i retreat to 2nd to the last defender. As i mentioned, this has worked for me on so many levels, especially preventing unfair advantages. Except, this particular play that happens once in a while. Answer provided by Referee Joe McHugh Hi George It can help to watch a top class AR such as Darren Cann in action. Some channels now afford a tactical cam option which means that the AR can be watched. In normal viewing it can be difficult to pick up all the movement and actions
