I would suggest that you go to wwwtheifab.com and review the up to date laws and the changes to the Laws on the site. If you need particular clarification or advice on the implementation on some individual law please ask and we would be happy to assist.
Going through almost 100 changes is not viable particularly when IFAB has a section dedicated to this as outlined by Referee Dawson.

Hi Daniel,
There are, according to the stats I have seen, some 95 separate law changes in the 2016-17 Laws (and that does not include the literally hundreds of wording changes). Time and space would hardly allow us to list them all, let alone give examples.

However, there are specific sections of the new Laws that list and explain all the changes. You will find a summary of the changes on pages 111-114 and detailed explanations on pages 116-157 of the 2016-17 Laws document.
