Or only players and substitutes? Answer provided by Referee Joe McHugh Hi In FIFA games cards are only shown to players, substitutes and substituted players on the field of play. Cards are not shown to team officials. They are simply informed that they must leave the area and that they will be reported to the competition organisers.
