This question is a follow up to question 31519

As always - great to read others viewpoints.

The last paragraph from ref Grove is a good summation of the topic. And inside the paragraph, the use of 'can' is an important fine point (i.e. - not guaranteed to 'help').

So I guess we should use common sense about when to apply...common sense. :)

Common sense and a thorough review of the LOTG with attention to presence character ,attitude, position, foul interpretation and physical conditioning! lol
