Question Number: 32252Law 11 - Offside 2/21/2018RE: Rec Adult Russell of Sydney, Australia asks...This question is a follow up to question 32250 I believe you. It makes sense. Had simply never heard it discussed, written about or communicated in any way until now. Another reason why I like this site.
