Futsal

If a team with 5 accumulated fouls has committed a direct free kick foul for their 6th but it has occurred during an advantage play, does the referee wait to see if the advantage develops in a goal scoring opportunity or does he/she call it immediately for a penalty from the 10m mark or ....

If a goal scoring opportunity does occur does that negate the accumulated foul for the advantage given foul.

team has not previously committed five accumulated fouls'....

Also what is the official take on Slide Tackles against a player with the ball?

As long as no contact with the player?
Hook slides for ball only?
If no slides are they considered reckless and caution to the committing player? Excessive?

Fouls that are not called through the use of advantage DO count towards the accumulated foul tally
The Futsal rules states
**The referees may allow play to continue by applying the advantage if the
team has not previously committed five accumulated fouls and the opposing
team is not denied a goal or an obvious goalscoring opportunity
If they apply the advantage, the referees use the mandatory signals to
indicate an accumulated foul to the timekeeper and third referee as soon as
the ball is out of play**
However advantage should not be applied if it results in a penalty kick which obviously is seen as a better advantage.
In respect of sliding tackles the Futsal laws do not expressly forbid sliding. However it is generally understood that sliding is a risk so it is playing in a dangerous manner if no contact is made and if contact is made it is tackling in a careless manner which is a direct free kick offence.
Players can slide perhaps to prevent a goal or a ball going out of play and those would not be viewed as offences.
