RE: Under 19

John (Iain) Doleman of Las Vegas, NV United States asks...

Are the new changes to the 2019/20 LOTG incorporated into the recertification test.

Answer provided by Referee Peter Grove

Hi Iain,
Assuming you will be refereeing in a league that started or will start its season after 1st June, 2019, any recertification test for that league would have to be based on the 2019-20 laws because as ref McHugh states, that is the version they have to use.

Answer provided by Referee Joe McHugh

Hi
Any test conducted after the 1st June 2019 must incorporate the new changes.
The recertification is to test referees on the current Laws of the Game which is the current one 2019 / 2020.
