Hi Samuel,
In addition to what my colleagues have mentioned (all good advice) I would just mention that the only truly authoritative source of information on the internet related to Laws of the Game is the IFAB's official website, www.ifab.com. Even our own site here, although we try to be as accurate as possible, often contains personal opinions on interpretation - and the occasional error, though we always strive to correct those as soon as they are noticed.

There are many other websites that claim to give information related to the Laws but only the IFAB's can be totally relied on. However the IFAB website does not give much practical information about some of the on-field challenges you will face and as my refereeing colleagues point out, doing an actual hands-on training course is the only proper way to get the training you need (and to become properly qualified).

While you can download internet advice we suggest you contact your countries' association and use the academies within your area as testing grounds to provide refereeing services.

I suggest that you make contact with your soccer association in your case Football Kenya Federation.
While the internet can help your learning, there is no substitute for signing up, doing the referee course and taking games.
