Question...

75 minute blue team attacking as the blue keeper goes to punt the ball. The keeper appears to either change his mind or bobbles the ball & it bounces once out in front of him very close to the PA line so he picks it up and rolls it to a teammate extending his arm the ball looks very close to being outside he PA lines.
The Yellow team has hands up screaming but Blue methodically passes ball down scores a great goal referee signals kick off but the Far AR has his flag up . The discussion is thus.
CR: what's the matter?
AR: the blue keeper handled the ball twice? CR: I saw that, it was a bobble and he had six seconds and he is allowed to bounce the ball it is dubious or trifling at best. I ask what's the problem?
AR: well on his release he rolled the ball out but I saw he held onto the ball after it was completely outside the PA.
CR: are you 100% sure as that is a trifling or doubtful situation given this is a release not an dynamic contesting action?
AR: Well I think it was just outside it was very close.

You are CR what is your decision in your match your reputation?
