This question is a follow up to question 10392

Unfortunatly I got nowhere with my league or the state.

They basically stated that the game is final now and there is no reversing.

I am not allowed to know if the referee recieved any discipline for not doing the right thing and not recording the yellow card in the game report.

Just another big disappointment in the system!!

The reason you got nowhere is because you have no right to know what referees do in private. If your referee coordinator is sharp enough to know the referee does not have the right to rescind a caution after the conclusion of a match he will deal with the referee.

Joe: As referees, we aren't expected to know what happens as a result of any disciplinary action against a player or team official. Why do coaches/team officials/spectators expect this of the referee? Do you really think we are supposed to be perfect? And do you really think that it's up to you to judge us and make sure we receive "appropriate" punishment when we screw up?
I was doing a premier level men's amatuer game where a defender in a tantrum fit, kicked the ball at me. He was sent off for Violent Conduct. But more than that, I had to do a bunch of paper work (ask Fleischer what paper work is) and submit a detailed report. To this day (2 years later) I don't know what became of the player from that incident. And do you know what? I don't really care. We just report the facts and move on. It will be handled without your approval. Unless you are specifically putting food on the table and keeping roof over your family's head as a career coach for a professional team, please recognize that there's much more to life than a soccer match or any of the piddly stuff that can go on with it.

Fleischer always says to avoid anything that causes paperwork because "paperwork is a pain in the arse".
