Question Number: 14157Kicks From The Penalty mark 10/16/2006RE: state cup Under 19 tom of chester, nj usa asks...This question is a follow up to question 14004 After all 11 players shoot (penalty kick to determine a winner), what happens? do the same 11 continue? or do you go to other players on the roster? Answer provided by Referee Chuck Fleischer The same players begin taking another kick until a winner is determined. The players on the bench are excluded from this.
