Question Number: 1469 RE: PRO M.Foster of , asks...An indirect free kick is taken from outside the box.The player drives the ball (as a cross)and it hits the crossbar.Then it floats back to the kicker who one times it into the net. Goal or no goal? Answer provided by Referee Gary Sebalja No goal as the kicker touched the ball twice. This would also be the same if it were a DFK.
