Dear Panel,

I was wondering if you could help me here please?

I got a letter today from County FA informing me that I've been chosen to play a role in a Youth County Cup Final. Naturally, I'm excited by this.

I wanted to ask (sorry if this sounds silly), what the required attire is for a referees team officiating in a county final?

1. Do we need to wear a certain kit to be all the same? If so, which kit?

2. Do we need to wear suits? If so, what should they have on them, if anything?

3. How early do we need to be at the ground before kick-off (2:30pm)?

4. What should we take?

We have a seminar this week where we will be briefed and assigned our postions (centre, assistant or fourth), however I would also appricate the panels view.

you would be better served by Julian Carosi site as a UK referee he likely has a better idea of what is involved. Actually I see he has already responded to you!

Marc, I wish there could be some answers for you on this subject but it is extremely difficult for us to know what your county FA requires of its referees. The seminar may offer answers to all your questions.
