Question Number: 19743League Specific 8/14/2008Jon of Houston, TX USA asks...This question is a follow up to question 19721 Things seem to be changing though. For instance in Euro 2008 they wiped the slate clean after the quarter-finals. That way one couldn't be suspended from the finals due to accumulation. Makes me wonder if the world cup is going to move to that format... Answer provided by Referee Gary Voshol I found this document (need to paste the URL back together):
