Question Number: 23902Kicks From The Penalty mark 9/10/2010RE: Other Moses of SG, SG asks...During a penalty shootout, is play considered to be dead the moment the ball travels away from the goal? To quote an example, the ball canons off the the goalpost/gk but ricochets back in either off the referee or the pitch.
