Question Number: 31028Other 11/16/2016RE: competitive Adult Jacob Mungoma of Malindi, Kenya asks...This question is a follow up to question 31020 Hi my seniors! Am grateful for your good job. Am growing no doubt and perhaps one day I shall officiate big matches! For the 'you call it ' questions and answers, am thankful I can now find everything I Wish to. Kudoz! Answer provided by Referee Richard Dawson Hi Jacob, that is the beauty of football in its international appeal, it is a world community comprised of those with integrity and heart beating in rhythm with all others in the spirit of fair play! One thing to keep in mind, we here on the panel offer you reasonably grounded advise based on our own practical experiences and the knowledge accumulated over many years and many matches, but we are your colleagues not your seniors! The LOTG are constantly evolving and one must be diligent to stay current. Having you and others question us, keeps us alert and aware, plus tweaks our humility button reminding us that we know a lot but not everything lol We wish you every success, whether you make it onto the international scene as a FIFA representative of your country or not, no one can take away your effort and commitment, remember, integrity is everything be it at he local park or as Esse and Collina showed at the world stage. It makes equals of us all! Cheers
