Question Number: 32491Mechanics 6/4/2018RE: Rec Adult Russell of Sydney, Australia asks...This question is a follow up to question 32490 Was there any player reaction to the IDFK hindering the keeper release - yes. The attacker did reference the Benzema /Karis moment by saying "but it was ok in the UCL final", to which I replied "yes that was ok, but then, he didnt change directions three times like you just did". The attacker responded with "im a Liverpool supporter, so I was hoping you had sympathy for me". So while he accepted the call in good nature, it was interesting that he did reference the incident. Answer provided by Referee Joe McHugh Hi Russell Referees as you know constantly hear *last weeks ref* did X and said Y I reply * that was last week and in this game it is not allowed / a foul ......*
